Mikaela
- University of the Philippines
- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing
Hi! I’m Mikaela and I graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing. My background is rooted in storytelling, and I specialize in writing speculative fiction—but I’m also skilled in many forms of prose, from short stories to essays and everything in between.
In addition to English, I have a passion for the arts, including graphic design and photography. These creative skills help me bring fresh ideas and engaging approaches into my teaching. I believe that learning English can be both fun and inspiring, especially when students are encouraged to think creatively and express themselves with confidence.
Whether you're working on your speaking, writing, or overall communication, my goal is to guide you in discovering your own voice in English.
"Language is a powerful tool—and creativity brings it to life."

Melissa
- Ateneo de Manila University
- Bachelor of Arts in Communication
Hi! I’m Melissa, and I graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. I also completed my Master of Arts in Journalism at the same university. My background is rooted in journalism and writing, where I’ve spent most of my career researching, crafting stories, and communicating clearly and effectively.
Now, I’m bringing that same passion for communication into the classroom. As an English teacher, I aim to help students express themselves with confidence—whether through speaking or writing. My lessons focus on building practical language skills, improving vocabulary, and encouraging students to think and communicate in English naturally.
I love creating a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and focused on each student’s growth.
"Clear communication is powerful—and I’m here to help you master it in English."

Daniel Joseph
- De La Salle University
- Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism
Hi! My name is Daniel Joseph, and I graduated with a degree in AB Broadcast Journalism from De La Salle University – Dasmariñas. Most of my professional experience has been in content writing, proofreading, researching, and customer service. I’ve also worked extensively in both digital and traditional marketing.
Previously, I worked as the Marketing and PR Supervisor and Community Manager at Sunlight Express Airways Corporation, where I led a team and managed both written and spoken communication across different platforms. These roles strengthened my ability to use English clearly, creatively, and professionally. Now, as a teacher, I use those same skills to help students understand and use the language in real and meaningful ways. Whether it's speaking, writing, or building vocabulary, I focus on making English practical, engaging, and easy to connect with—no matter your age or level.
As someone who has always worked closely with people and language, I believe that learning English is not just about grammar—it's about connecting, expressing yourself, and growing with confidence. My lessons are clear, engaging, and designed to help students become effective communicators in real-life situations.

Nica Adam
- University of Sto. Tomas
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Advertising Arts

Hi! My name is Nica, and I graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 2010 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Advertising Arts. After university, I spent several years working as a lead cabin crew member on both domestic and international flights. Through that experience, I developed a strong background in customer service, leadership, teamwork, and communication—skills that I now bring into my English teaching.
As someone who has worked with people from different cultures and backgrounds, I understand how important it is to make learners feel heard, supported, and confident. My classroom is a safe, friendly space where students are encouraged to express themselves, ask questions, and grow step by step. I may come from a different professional path, but my passion for helping others communicate clearly and confidently has led me to teaching—and I truly love it.
"My goal is to help students not only learn English, but also enjoy the process and feel empowered through it."

Real Voices. Real Progress.
I'm very grateful to have a good teacher, I've gone from basic skills to a level where I can converse. I think the teacher did a lot of hard work for me. I plan to take the course again next time. Please continue with the same teacher as now.
I keep my studying light, aiming for about 30 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week, and after about 2 months, I'm amazed at how much I'm getting for my time!
I'm currently reading 4 books and I'm at a point where I don't even have to look up words and I can just read and understand them.
It was refreshing to learn English in a smooth way, with images and the meaning of each word!
But I think the prepositions I learnt are more visible than the words, so I think it works lol.
I'm very grateful to have a good teacher I've gone from basic skills to a level where I can talk to someone. I think the teacher worked hard for me. I will take the course again next time. Please continue to be the same teacher always.
